Edwards Water Resources brings over 35 years experience in a vast array of disciplines, including banking, real estate and asset management, land development, sales, and water rights management.
We have experience in dealing with water rights issues, both from a sales perspective as well as a lessor and lessee perspective. We’ve worked with the Edwards Aquifer Authority as well as participating agencies, regulatory agencies, entities, and municipalities. We know what to do and where to go to get things done!

If you compare our fees to those of some water exchanges, brokerage companies or attorneys that specialize in water rights in most cases, our fees are usually ONE HALF as much.

And finally, Edwards Water Resources was founded by a native Texan, with a Masters Degree from the University of Houston and a Bachelors from The University of Texas at Austin.
